I found the breakfast to be excellent with several choices. The location was great. I walked easily to the Rathaus tram and U2 stop. The lobby was beautiful, it was great.

The room was a little small for my liking. I would prefer a bit more space for luggage.

the location proved acceptable, offering proximity to key attractions.

room 105 faced the front, smoke from guests and staff permeated the space when the window was open. the air conditioning lacked a remote, i found the staff unhelpful in addressing this.

The room i had was really warm, and when i opened the window, all i smelled was smoke. other guests and staff were smoking right outside the entrance! the room had air conditioning. but there wasn't a remote to turn it on. I found that annoying. i asked reception about it, but the man didn't seem to care much.

the staff seemed helpful and friendly enough.

the room i booked was not the room i got and it caused me much annoyance, it was a cozy queen single room i expected but the hotel gave a smaller one. this also meant the advertised amenities were not all available, i felt a bit cheated.
